중국 정부는 오염 예방, 자연자원 보호와 생태 보호 등에 대한 입법 활동을 중시해 왔으며, 이미 구조에서 제도까지 비교적 완전한 환경법 규범 체계를 이루었다. 사회·경제전환시기의 심각한 환경문제에 대하여, 중국 정부는 지속가능한 발전정책에 대한 중시와 환경법치 강화 를 국가와 사회주의현대화건설에 대한 중요한 통치 수단으로 삼았으며, 온 사회가 준수하도 록 힘쓰고 있다. 중국 환경법치의 발전상황에 근거하여 중한양국의 산업 교류와 협력은 반 드시 다음과 같은 것들을 이루어야 한다. 첫째로, 중한양국 간에 존재하는 환경제도의 차이 를 올바르게 바라보며 협상을 통해 해결해야 한다. 둘째로, 중국의 환경정책과 법률을 준수 하며 그 발전 추세를 파악해야 한다. 셋째로 중국 녹색발전의 대흐름에 주동적으로 합류하 여 에너지 절약과 환경보호 영역의 협력을 확대해야 한다. 넷째로 함께 전세계 환경문제에 대응하여 조화로운 세상을 만들어야 한다.

中国政府历来重视污染防治, 自然资源保护和生态维护等方面的立法工作, 已经形成了从 结构到制度都较为完整的环境法规范体系. 面对经济社会转型时期严重的环境问题, 中国政 府把对可持续发展政策的重视和环境法治的加强作为国家和社会主义现代化建设的重要治理 措施, 并推动全社会遵守. 基于中国环境法治的发展状况, 中韩两国产业交流、合作必须做 到：第一, 正视中韩两国之间存在的环境制度差异, 并协商解决；第二, 遵守中国的环境政策 与法律, 并把握其发展趋势；第三, 主动融入中国绿色发展大潮, 拓展节能环保领域的合作； 第四, 携手应对全球环境问题, 共铸和谐地球.

Chinese government has been placing emphasis on legislation in the aspects of the prevention and control of pollution, the conservation of natural resources, ecological maintenance, etc. And the most complete environmental legal systems from the structure to the institution have been formed. Faced with the serious environmental problems during the shift of our economic society, Chinese government regards the importance of sustainable development policy and the enhancement of environmental laws as the important pollution-controlling strategies of socialist modernization, and promotes the whole society to abide by the rules. Based on the current situation of Chinese environmental laws, the industry exchange and cooperation between China and Korea must do the following. Firstly, envisage the environmental institutional differences between the two countries, and workout problems by negotiation. Secondly, comply with Chinese environmental policy and law, and master its development trend. Thirdly, integrate Chinese green development trend and expand the cooperation in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection. Finally, cope with global environmental problems together so as to create a harmonious earth.
