The purpose of this sturdy was to evaluate the Health-Fitness and Quality of Life after Qigong exercise in Middle Age Woman. Qigong exercise was played 2 aspects of experimental conditions(24week & 48week). Total Sixty-five subjects were assigned two groups: Basic group(24wk; age=59.36±4.88, n=33), Intensity group(48wk, age=62.53±2.8, n=32). The Qigong exercise program consisted of a 20-min warm-up, 30 min of main exercise and a 10-min cool-down. All subjects were participated Qigong exercise program (one time a week for 1-8weeks, two times a week for 9-16weeks and three times a week for 17-24weeks). The following items were measured pre and post the Qigong exercise program: body composition, blood glucose, blood pressure, health-fitness factors and questionnaire(quality of life). In results, %body fat was significantly decreased but health-fitness(balance, muscle strength) were significantly increased after Qigong exercise. Also, Quality of life(QOL) was significantly increased after Qigong exercise in all groups. In conclusion, Qigong exercise was effective to improve health-fitness factors and quality of life in middle age woman
