The purposes of this study are to investigate safety management system of sports facilities and security measures of sports facilities based on field condition for safety which is national issues. Sports facilities currently lack controlling methods and legal regulation for safety management is insufficient. In addition, there is no system to manage public and private comprehensively but there is limitations of management. To solve these problems, safety standards for establishment of sports facilities should be established and crisis management manual should be kept at all times. Through education and training of expertise for safety management, it needs to create sports facilities in which citizens could enjoy safely. To participate safely in sports should give people the vitality of life as well as good physical health. With Investigating safety conditions of sports facilities and managing programs, some fruitful findings have been posited through fully understanding the importance of sports safety conditions, and the analysis of insufficient current conditions which have been seen, along with the controlling methods: they are 1) supervising unified system of safety conditions and managing safety information; 2) bettering legal regulations for newly established sports facilities, standardizing sanitation of sports facilities, and establishing liability reparation insurance under sports agent and systematizing insurances related; 3) distributing sports safety manuals; and 4), 5) reinforcement of training sports safety experts.
