본 연구의 목적은 인지기능, 우울, 불안의 관계를 파악하고, 노인의 인지기능과 우울이 불안에 미치는 영향 을 파악하고자 함이다. 자료수집은 2014년 6월 1일 부터 8월 30일까지였고, 연구대상은 65세 이상 노인 363명이었으 며 연구도구는 MMSE-DS, 우울, 불안이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 불안에 영향을 미치는 요인은 수면 시간(β=-.249, p<.001), 우울(β=.218, p<.001), 인지기능(β=-.209, p<.001), 직업(β=-.133, p=.006) 순이었다. 결론적으 로, 적절한 수면유지와 인지기능 저하를 예방하고, 우울수준을 낮출 수 있는 융복합적인 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

This study was done to examine the relation of cognitive function, depression and anxiety in elderly people above 65 years of age, and to identify factors influencing anxiety. The data were collected from June 1 to August 30 2014. Data were collected by questionnaire from 363 elderly people. The instruments for this study were MMSE-DS, depression, anxiety. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. According to results, the significant factors influencing anxiety were sleeping time(β=-.249, p<.001), depression(β=.218, p<.001), cognitive function(β=-.209, p<.001), occupation(β=-.133, p=.006). The study reveals that it is necessary to develop a convergent program that maintain adequate sleep, prevents of cognitive impairment and decreases depression.
