The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among expertise, job satisfaction and happiness of leisure sports instructor. To achieve this purpose, the total 320 subjects were sampled from General Sports Center in Public Facilities and Private Facilities. They answered the given questionnaires. For the research tool, we used th questionnaires scales which were modified from school teacher belief questionnaires by Kim(2011) to evaluate expertise. we also revised and used scale of job satisfaction from Seo's research(2008). Happiness tool was used from Seo and Koo's scale(2011). To process data, Amos 22.0 and SPSS PC+ 22.0 Version statistical program for WINDOWS were used and descriptive statistic, factor analysis, t-test, correlation and standard multiple regression analysis were conducted. Through such processes and method of the study presented above, the results of this study are as follow. The results first, leisure sports instructors's expertise affected to their job satisfaction at some extend. The subjects who have expertise showed high level of satisfaction of their job. Second, leisure sports instructors's job satisfaction affected to the level of instructor's happiness. The subjects who have level of job satisfaction showed the high level of happiness. lastly, expertise affects to happiness and they showed significantly high level of happiness is they have expertise on their sports events.
