The purpose of this study was to make a valid and trustworthy measurement scale in order to identify badminton umpires’ stressor scale. To obtain this purpose, ‘Umpires’ Stressor Scale in Badminton’ was made and then its validity was verified. The data were collected from 412 badminton umpires. Data were analyzed by reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and test- retest analysis. The results and conclusions were followings: 1st, according to reliability analysis, the cronbach’s α was .947. 2nd, the factor structure was suitable gotten rid of item 10 and then item 5 was omitted from goodness-of fit of model analysis. 3rd, discriminant and convergence validity were suitable. also test-retest reliability was over .70. In conclusion, this scale’s reliability and validity were identified so this scale can be used for collecting of badminton umpires’ stressor.
