This study investigate that we try to seek and analyse problems of each operational factors, and find the way to vitalize the satisfaction of athletes and coaches on their needs of participating a poomsae competitions. These constant exertions attract active participation from athletes and coaches in a poomsae competitions. The results were as follows in the study. First, participating athletes need to be provided a secondary stadium or training space for maintaining their Condition and to be established an efficient systems of the game operating system to reduce the latency of the athletes played in order to revitalize participating a poomsae competitions. Second, athletes, coaches, and parents need that are clear information service for game schedules to take advantage of their planned time and expense. Lastly, for ensuring proper judgment and expertise, the referees of a poomsae competitions are operated separately to remove the accuracy and expressiveness of referees to judgment Scoring, and considered that introduce a referee rating system which analyze the experience and the rate of bad call of individual referees participated all poomsae competitions to reduce the variation in score between each referee
