The purpose of this study is to give information to sports women who hope for sports administrator in their career choice by exploring the career choice process and business-related phenomenon of sports woman within the sports administration who plays a key role for the development of physical education. The in-depth talk was carried out after selecting 5 respondents who were cooperative in this study. For this study findings are as follows. As a result of the career choice process of sports woman in the field of sports administration, it was classified largely as 3 types, that is, past, present and future. For the subcategory of this classification, it was classified as hope, difficulty, and effort. In other words, at the university worries about career, choose a variety of career experience and will be able to help determine, in the field of women's sports administration in order to enter the foreign language, learn administrational ability, addition to individual efforts, such as women at You'll also need to see the change of social gaze.
