This study analyzed the relation among amusement factor over participation in sports-for-all, satisfaction with lesson, and sports continuance Intention, and leaded to the conclusion as followings. First, the efficacy, physical and psychological, of amusement factor over the participation in sports-for-all had a positive effect on lesson operation, lesson guide, and health living, related to satisfaction with lesson, and sociality enhancement and experience in achievement of amusement factor had a positive effect on lesson circumstance satisfactory with lesson. Second, the efficacy, physical and psychological, of amusement factor over the participation in sports-for-all, sociality enhancement, and experience in achievement had a positive effect on sports continuance intention. Third, lesson operation and health living of satisfaction with lesson over the participation in sports-for-all had a positive effect on sports continuance intention. Generally speaking, the persons interested in sports-for-all were satisfied with the most of lessons in case they had an effect on psychological, physical health. They judged the circumstance factor out of the lesson to be positive in case they can form sociality and experience in achievement through sports. In addition, the amusement in general sports, proper operation of correspondent lesson, and pursuit of health living may be important factors in continuance of sports.
