본 연구는 영구단열거푸집에 적용될 수 있는 적절한 설계 프로세스를 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구에서는 사전 문헌조사와 시중의 영구단열거푸집 시스템에 대한 조사를 수행하여 잠재적인 개선가능성을 조사하였다. 그리고 기존 거푸집 디자인 프로세스를 검토하여 영구단열거푸집에 적용되기 위해 추가적으로 고려해야 하거나 강화해야 할 아이템을 도출하였다. 이에 따라, 단열재의 열적인 성능과 취성파괴에 대한 몇 가지 요인들이 검토될 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시공 및 운영과 관련하여 화재확산, 단열재의 접착강도 및 내후성과 관련된 고려가 단열거푸집 디자인 프로세스 전반에 걸쳐 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과에 기반해 최종적으로 단열거푸집의 디자인 프로세스를 작성, 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the appropriate design process of permanent insulation form work system. Preliminary literature study and survey over the permanent insulation form system in market are performed to identify the potential of the permanent insulation form system improvement. We checked the conventional design process of the form work system and identified the items need to be added or improved for the insulation form work system. Especially, crucial factors need consideration are suggested regarding thermal performance and brittle fracture of insulation material. In addition, considerations about the factors relating construction and operation process such as fire spread, bonding stress of insulation material and weather resistance are in need throughout the design process. We finally suggested a design process of insulation form work system as the result of the study.
