본 연구는 지속가능한 발전과 관련하여 우리나라와 프랑스의 지속가능한 발전을 위한 관련 정책 및 지침에 대 하여 살펴보고, 특히 프랑스의 지속가능한 발전 관련 정책, 지침 그리고 사업수행을 위한 지원수단에 관한 구 체적인 검토와 함께 정책을 바탕으로 실현된 사례의 분석을 통한 시사점 도출을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 진행방법은 선행연구 및 문헌을 통한 연구가 기본이 되었으며 연구의 내용은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 우리 나라의 지속가능한 발전과 관련하여 정책 및 지침에 관한 검토를 통해 관련 사업의 진행을 위한 구체적인 정 책적 차원의 지침과 공적지원수단의 필요성에 대해 살펴보았다. 3장에서는 프랑스의 지속가능발전과 관련한 포괄적 정책과 이를 근간으로 하는 구체적 사례로서 에코-까르티에(Eco-Quartier)에 대하여 검토하였다. 4장 에서는 정책을 통해 실현된 사례를 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 정책 및 사례분석을 통해 지역맥락에 따른 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 정책차원의 지침 및 구체적인 지원수단의 필요성에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

This study aims at examining throughly the policy, the guidelines and the support way for management activities and at analysing the realized case that is based on the policy. It has basically looked into the precedent studies and documents for its process and the contents are as follows ; Firstly, it looks around the necessity of the specific guidelines and the measure of public support for operating the related project by examining the policy and guideline for sustainable development in Korea. The chapter 3 has looked at Eco-Quartier in France as the specific case and its basic policy, which is related on the sustainable development. The 4th chapter, through the policy and the case analysis, has watched several cases which are realized by policy, and lastly, this study has tried to diduce the issues of the day based on the necessity of the guidelines and specific support way, in the policy dimension, for the sustainable development according to the local context.
