This research is for investigating each information preference effects on retaining the exercise acquisition. The study is based on the linear position task. And the objects are the 24 right handed male students without taking the linear position task ever. The results are as followed. At the exercise stage, the visual information preferring group provided the visual one is significantly performing better than other groups such as, the auditory preferring group provided the visual one, the auditory preferring group provided the auditory one, the visual preferring group provided the auditory one. At the retention stage, the auditory preferring group provided the visual one is the best group on exercise acquisition. The auditory preferring group provided the visual one and the auditory preferring group provided the auditory one are equally performing. And they are significantly performing better than the visual preferring group provided the auditory one.
