The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of fun factor of university golf class on satisfaction of class and exercise adherence. To achieve the foregoing objectives, this study used multiple regression analysis and reached the following final conclusions. First, fun factor of university golf class turned to have a significant effect on the satisfaction of program in the factors of maintenance of physical․mental health, cultivation of sociality and pleasure of achievement, and exerts a significant effect on the satisfaction of facility in the factors of pleasure of achievement and easiness of class. Second, fun factor of university golf class was revealed to have a significant effect on the tendency in the factors of pleasure of achievement and maintenance of physical․mental health, exerting a significant effect on the possibility in the factors of maintenance of physical․mental health, pleasure of achievement and easiness of class. It also turned out to have a significant effect on the enhancement in all sub-factors of fun factor of golf class. Third, this study revealed that fun factor of university golf class has a significant effect on the tendency and possibility in all sub-factors of satisfaction of class, but only the factor of satisfaction of place exerts a significant effect on the enhancement. Implications of this study based on the above conclusions are that university golf class may fail in arousing students’ interest due to simple repetitive class as golf is an individual event. Thus, class provider needs to compose contents of class overcoming environmental limit of university golf class, which is considered capable of meeting the satisfaction of class and exerting a significant effect on the desirable effect that students participate on a continual basis as a lifelong sports by arousing students’ interest.
