This study was to verify the structural relationships among athletes satisfaction, cohesion and leadership of Handball coaches. The data were collected out of handball athletes in Seoul, Gyonggi, Inchen, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, Gyeongbuk, Chonbuk, and Gwangju area, and total 448 copies of data were utilized in this study. To verify the relationships among athletes satisfaction, cohesion and leadership, the construct validity and reliability for each factor were analyzed using SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 program. And the relationships among three factors were analyzed using covariance structural analysis. The results were as follows. First, the leadership of handball coache’s had positive effects on athletes satisfaction. Second, the leadership of handball coach’s had positive effects on cohesion. Third, the athletes satisfaction of handball player’s had positive effects on cohesion.
