The purpose of this is to prove the relationship among on the Recognition of Equity, Involvement and Participation Satisfaction of Sports Club Participants. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which Recognition of Equity Scale as translated by Lim(2007), Involvement Scale as translated by Yoo(2006), Participation Satisfaction Scale as translated by Choi(2007). 300 subjects were selected from the participants whom in sports for all in the seoul & gyungki by the stratified cluster sampling method. Among these selected subjects, 266 responded, and data analyses consisted of employing frequency analysis, factor analysis, Multiple correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS/PC+ version 15.0. The following results were obtained: 1. It was found that Recognition of Equity of Sports Club Participants has an influence on Involvement. 2. It was found that Recognition of Equity of Sports Club Participants has an influence on Participation Satisfaction. 3. It was found that Involvement of Sports Club Participants has an influence on Participation Satisfaction.
