The purpose of this study was to examine causal relation among ego-resilience, stress coping strategies and school adjustment of the physical disabled adolescents in sports for all, and to provide basic materials for the method to vitalize participation in sports for all to maintain healthy life in adolescents with physical disabilities participating in sports for all programs in commercial sports centers. In order to achieve these purposes, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 181 adolescents with physical disabilities who participated in sports for all center. For data analysis, SPSS 18.0 program was operated, and analyzed such as one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression were implemented to achieve the study aims. Results were as follows. 1. ego-resilience. In the exercise career, the higher players appeared high level than other players in the "vitality", "relationship" and "optimism". 2. stress coping strategies. In the exercise career, the higher players appeared high level than other players in the "problem-oriented". 3. school adjustment. In the exercise career, the higher players appeared high level than other players in the "peer relation". 4. In the stress coping strategies and school adjustment by ego-resilience level, the higher players appeared high level than other players in the "problem-oriented", "social support" and "peer relation". 5. The influence that ego-resilience and stress coping strategies types had on school adjustment were "social support", "relationship" and " problem-oriented".
