This study is to explore a development plan according to Taekowndo major female students' major selection factors and satisfaction. To achieve the study goal, the study utilized a in-depth interview technique parallelled with non-structured and semi-structured questions as a research approach, and selected 9 female students attending Taekwondo department as the research subjects by a purported sampling method, and based on that, reached the following conclusion. The factors female students come to selelect Taekwondo as their major could be divided to internal and external ones. Also Taekowndo major female students' department satisfaction was divided to satisfaction factors and dissatisfaction factors. Thus based on this result, the development plan for Taekowndo major female students to be presented is as follows. First, it is necessary to expand R&D on female sports programs for Taekwondo practice field. Second, in the department course, it is necessary to complement and increase females' intensive culture courses. Third, it is necessary to make a diverse research on the expansion plan of female manpower employment at Taekwondo and martial arts using occupation groups.
