이 논문은 오스트리아 학파의 경제학과 신고전학파의 경제학을 비교한 것이다. 두 경제학은 본질적으로 다르다. 오스트리아 학파의 경제학은 인간행동학적 분석에 기초하고 신고전학파의 경제학은 심리학적 분석에 기초하기 때문이다. 게다가, 두 경제학의 기본 전제들, 방법론, 인식론, 경제이론들 등에 있어서 전적으로 다르다. 이 논문은 오스트리아 학파의 경제학이 신고전학파의 경제학보다 실재론적 전제들, 방법론, 인식론, 그 결과 경제이론들 등의 관점에서 우수하다는 것을 보이는 것이 목적이다.

This study shows the comparison between Austrian economics and Neoclassical economics. Two economics are essentially different because the former is based on praxeological analysis and the latter psychological one. In addition, basic postulates, methodology, epistemology, and theories of two economics are also totally different. The purpose of this study shows that Austrian economics is better than Neoclassical economics in terms of realistic postulates, methodology, epistemology, and thus economic theories.
