In this research, the characteristics of seoul-city, jongro-gu, chungsin-dong, especially chungsin-dong was surveyed and analyze in order to recognize the flow and connection with it’s close proximity and learn the importance of this area’s network and links. With the inclusion of the culture-art-program improvement were made to the status of the town, also into improving the relationship between the people of the town and the artists. With the inclusion of the new program a new status town was developed was realized.
