While the current Urban Regeneration projects are diverse in their pursuing objectives and the types and numbers of projects are increasing, the areas that should apply the regeneration techniques have the problems of being too expansive and general. As a result, there will be more problems and difficulties in selecting the priority and correct diagnosis of the current situations and most of all, consequent economic and timely costs will be increased like dual application of regeneration techniques and differences of regional projects performances. This study is to be executed to establish the regeneration areas and the district community Rehabilitating viewpoints, with the targeting subject of Changwon Test Bed commercial areas where the center of the city is deteriorating and is progressing the Rehabilitation Urban Regeneration.
