In the past, railway station and there surrounding area was recognized as obstacle of the regional development. However, in the modern time is becoming important in the city with the development of rail transport railway. Especially, the Dongdaegu Station area development plan is a major development project of the Deagu city. Therefore, Dongdeagu station and there area is be a new haert of this city. In this study, analyzes the development strategies and development characteristics of high-speed railway station area in the other citys. And find out that the measures required for the development of Dongdeagu station and there area.
