'Hoehyeon simin apartment' located in Hoehyeon-dong 1 Ga selected as a destination is a building of representing Hoehyeon-dong 1 Ga falling behind in the city. There is a boundary between 'Soparo' and 'Hoehyeon- dong 1 Ga' just under Namsan, as a result, Namsan activated as a tourist destination and Hoehyeon-dong 1 Ga alienated and underdeveloped extend throughout blocks. For activation of Hoehyeon-dong 1 Ga falling behind, this researcher tries to connect Namsan and a destination urbanely, architecturally. To this end, the analysis of the urban context should be first performed through the diagram as a tool and similarly its findings are to test the process of construction through the diagram.
