This research aims to study for improving the upper floor landscape in urban street building. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, The most form of the upper building in Chung-ang street is box type. The upper floors were mostly decorated with the structure. Or were setbacks. They're no special feature. Second, as a result of analyzing the form of rooftop, flush type and projection type was most. In order to secure the pressure on the top floor, the water tank and elevator machine room were placed vertically. Third, 11 floors or more large-scale commercial facilities and business facilities are concentrated around the major station area such as Pusan station and Seo-myeon station.
