본 연구는 공공임대주택 내 질적으로 향상된 커뮤니티센터와 외부공간이 거주자의 주거 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 조사하고 이를 통해 공공임대주택 거주자 삶의 질 향상과 사회적 배제 현상을 최소화할 수 있는가를 탐색하는데 연구의 목적을 둔다. 조사방법은 거주후 평가 방법(Post Occupancy Evaluation)의 형식으로 설문조사와 , Focus group interview, 관찰조사로 이루어졌다. 연구결과로 질적으로 향상된 커뮤니티시설은 단지의 이미지 개선과 자부심 증가 등을 통해 주거 만족도 향상에 영향을 미치었다.

This study focuses on the life quality improvement of the public rental housing residences and the way of minimizing the social exclusion by investigating the influence on the dwelling satisfaction resulted from the improved community center facilities and outdoor spaces in public rental housings. The investigation method is Post Occupancy Evaluation including questionnaire survey, focus group interview and observation investigation. This study investigate the users's satisfaction, frequency of usage of apartment community facilities through questionnaires to about 200 residents in DAEGU area. The result of study shows that the improved quality of the community center facilities influence on the dwelling satisfaction by arising the housing complex identity upgrade and high self-esteem of residences.
