The present study aimed to analyze the effect of rapport and emotional labor of sport center employees on emotional deviance. To this end, a survey was conducted with 329 employees in a sport center located in Busan and Ulsan Metropolitan Cities and Gyeongnam Province in Korea. The survey results were processed using SPSS 18.0 program to perform exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions were as follows: 1) Rapport that affected the emotional labor of the sport center employees was personal ties while pleasant relationship affected emotional deviance. 2) Emotional labor that affected the emotional deviance of the sport center employees was emotional incongruity while frequency of emotional expression affected negatively. 3) With regard to rapport that affected the emotional deviance of the sport center employees, pleasant relationship affected negatively while emotional incongruity affected positively with regard to emotional labor.center are depersonalization by the employees of sport center.
