This study aimed to compare anaerobic power between standing start and rolling start during Wingate test(30sec). The subjects were university cyclist(male 9). The paired t-test was used to analyze peak power(PP), mean power(MP), time to peak power(TPP), total work(TW), and fatigue index(FI) by starting types. The statistical significances were accepted at .05. Absolute and relative(watt/kg)PP, TPP and FI of Standing start were significant higher compare with rolling start(p<.05). But absolute and relative MP, TW of rolling start were significant higher compare with standing start(p<.05). These results suggest that anaerobic power factors were higher in standing start and anaerobic endurance(capacity) factors were higher in rolling start. In conclusion, anaerobic power factors were more applicable in standing start(5sec) and anaerobic endurance factors were more applicable in rolling start during 30sec.
