This is aim to identify links of factors for curling players with a set-up for assumption model based on the precedent study in relation to group interaction, organizational effectiveness and sociability. To accomplish this aim, all the data have been collected from 30 curling players and identified using multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling. It is concluded from the results as follows: Curling players contributed to developing group interaction and organizational effectiveness as well as improving sociability, moreover, it is concluded that the organizational effectiveness of curling players should be considered as it serves as a vehicle. Curling activities provided a positive conflict of team and its collaboration as well as developing organizational effectiveness such as satisfaction of leadership and each role with subjective absorbing that team members feel within the organization in deed, curling helps cultivate sociability as one of a society
