본 연구의 목적은 전문가 평가를 통해 설정된 건축단계 별 사회주택 친환경적 계획요소의 각 요소 간 영향도 평가를 실시하여, 향후 친환경적 계획요소를 고려한 사회주택 건설 시 우선순위에 따른 적용에 대한 기초적 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 즉, 추출된 건축단계별 친환경적 계획요소의 영향도 평가를 실시하여 상관관계분석을 통해 각 단계의 세부요소 간 상관성을 분석하고, 각 세부요소간의 영향도를 분석하여 실질적인 적용가능성을 검토해 보고자 한다.

Housing policy for adminstrative system has been developed diversely by Government policy. In the point of difference in Income Strata, this policy would be represented on making equal of quality of life as much as possible through housing welfare. For this social integration, this study proposes to application of future-oriented social housing contained all environmental-friendliness, economical efficiency and sociality. It means that Environment-Friendly Planning Factors in social housing have to be extracted from cognition of problems of existing social housing and analysis of environment-friendly planning factors with existing study. Ultimately, this study would be reconsidered the alternative direction as social housing proposed by the Government for the social outcast.
