This study is intended to introduce the conclusion made in the wake of analyzing the causality analysis among self-worth, emotion and feeling of happiness of the elderly participating in thee Gymnastics for All. Self-worth was set as exogenous variables, emotion as mediator variables and feeling of happiness as endogenous variables and as a result, goodness of fit index (GFI) appeared generally to be acceptable, which indicated it’s suitable as theoretic model, and according to the detail index analysis result, positive self-worth had a significant causality with emotion and feeling of happiness. In conclusion based on analysis above, self-worth resulting from the participation in the gymnastics for all by the elderly influenced on emotion and feeling of happiness, and thus, in an effort to mitigate the lethargy and loneliness facing the elderly, it’s necessary to provide more social welfare facilities as well as build the institutional foundation to provide diverse sports programs. Moreover, the leaders need to develop both the theoretic and practical ability to help the elderly enjoy their joyful life. And the elderly also needs to make their effort to improve their mental and physical health so as to feel the happiness and accomplishment.
