The purpose of the study was to analysis the relationship that physique anxiety and attitude of high-school student's during physical education classes and the mediation effect of class adherence. The participants, through stratified cluster random sampling method, selected 529 high-school students in Gyeonggi and Incheon province were surveyed. The collected data used SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0. Verification of reliability and standard deviation was calculated through a correlation analysis and relationship model verified by structural equation model analysis and to verify influence on mediation effect bootstrapping was used. As a result, firstly, physical anxiety affects class adherence. Secondly, class adherence affects class attitude. Thirdly, physical anxiety affects class attitude and there is a class adherence mediation effect.
