The construction management which was introduced with the purpose of the improvement of domestic construction industry are increasing currently. However, because of domestic construction projects became larger and more complexity, the phenomenon of design change and delay etc are showed up . Therefore, this study derived the required items for improvement in construction management project, establish a plan for maximize effect of these items in application of BIM.
