콘크리트 벽체용 자연가황 합성고무시트 방수재의 가황특성
A Study on the Vulcanizing Property of Naturally Vulcanized Waterproofing Synthetic Rubber Sheet for Concrete Bearing Wall
This paper study on the waterproofing method which are applied to the outer side of the underground concrete structure. This method satisfies the condition of non-vulcanized synthetic rubber on which waterproof material manufactured adding vulcanizing agent and curing agent should be vulcanized in 120 days. Moreover, it is noteworthy that the material maintains its durability of vulcanized rubber when examined by constructing adhesive with concrete on the non-vulcanized condition. The result of experiment shows that the waterproofing material has the scorch time of about 100 days and has curing time of about 20 days, at this time, the tensile strength increased by about 692% and the coefficient of expansion decreased by about 10% and can compensate the demerit of ordinary sheet, when constructing by building in the non-vulcanized condition and naturally vulcanizes and durability can be secured.
