Housing redevelopment is improving project the quality of life of residents by the improvement of the living environment,. And Investors also can expect a high profit. So housing redevelopment project is positive for all participants. But, housing redevelopment project often delay owing to conflicts of participants. And delay of project makes a lot of problems for investors, contractors, residents. Nevertheless, existing works go along without Ithuriel’s spear and their action depend on experience. Therefore, this study provides basic data for discussion about ways to vitalize housing redevelopment project by investigating the conflicts and influence factor of conflict happening in the housing redevelopment project.
