The purpose of this study was to develop the interior building management process of housing project based on the strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management methods. Strategic sourcing and Design & Procurement method are reviewed, suggested interior building management process consisted of developing the sourcing strategy, customer needs review, interior trend roadmap, SG(Sourcing Group) management system, and supplier/vendor relationship management with evaluation system. This study can be a contribution to future consideration of strategic sourcing in the interior management process development, also give cost reduction, increasing customer satisfaction and company’s brand value.
