The study is progressing dynamically to reduce the amount of CO2 worldwide. Cement manufacture is known as industry which is emitting about a lot of CO2. In this study, test piece of non-sintered cement mortar was made with the effects of granulated blast-furnace slag with phospho-gypsum which is made a process of fertilizer produce and slaked lime which is a essential material to make a strong alkali stimulant. There is a purpose to evaluate each test piece of non-sintered cement mortar comparing flexural strength and compressive strength by water curing and steam curing.
