The construction industry produces more waste than any other industry in the entire world. Modular construction has gained more attention due to it is the most efficient way to eliminate waste. However, the construction technique applied to modular system couldn't use it in high rise building in domestic yet. Therefore, Therefore, this study deduce the effect factors for application of modular system in domestic.
