The breakthrough system and reform in Government is needed in order to estimate labor costs reflect the unpaid wages of construction workers and the reality evil continually purified. But It is accounted for the majority of workers of temporary/daily. Also, on the difficulty arises of employment of is delayed payment of wage and labor costs estimation because is field structure. Therefore, this is intend to analysis on the present work manpower in process of apartment house frame work.
