Recently, necessity of the growth of productivity for difficulty of create more profits in construction corporations is emphasized. A large number of construction corporations make every effort to reduce loss through to reduce obstacle of production or to improve productivity. Human factor, one of affecting factor of productivity, influences productivity both construction industry and every industry. So, the research focuses on Human factor among productivity factors. Then, it wants to seek productivity improvement through investigation and analysis for cause of affecting factors of construction productivity after investigation of effect on construction productivity.
