In this study, experimental research was carried out to study the hysteretic behavior of flat plate slab- column exterior joints designed by high performance techniques, such as application of reducing of joint regions damage using steel fiber reinforced concrete. Test results showed that specimens(RCFPS series) were increased the maximum load-carrying capacity by 1.12~1.25 times and showed stable hysteresis behavior and satisfactory crack pattern in comparison with the standard specimen(SRCFP).
