The purpose of this study in the suggest the ways of efficient utilization of waterfront and to plan in the specialized district through new ideas as the target of currently developing waterfront of Sejong city. For this end, we studied definition and range of waterfront through theoretical review. And we examined variety of plans of waterfront through aborad case studies. Next, we selected six reserved districts with consideration of landmark and integrated design. And we choose Three specialized districts by standards of profitability, tour possibility, landscape superiority in six reserved districts. Finally, after a review of design conception and introduction facilities through analysis, we devised master-plan in the specialized districts.
