The High-rise Buildings are solved the decline in Urban Center to the decrease in population, and magnified as Urban Regeneration for providing the resident population in Urban Center. This Study is designed as a base data to understand about Vertical-Movement Flow based on Mixed-use Residential Buildings. First, an efficient Vertical-Movement Flow allowed to compart the Elevator Zoning by function. Sencond, a Vertical Zoning is changing to detachable. A Structural stability and a Vertical- Movement accessibility is able to access to the Center. Third, there is decreasing an Core-area ratio and increasing an exclusive ratio because of functional vertical zoning and shuttle Elevator plan. Therefore, there is the dominant consideration at Vertical-Movement Flow planning in the future.
