As remodeling is being noticed by increasing of housing stock and improvement of dwelling conditions, focusing on the housing-related legislations are being amended to vitalize the remodeling. However, Not only solution of physical deteriorations but also enthusiastic consideration about the dwelling condition considering the residences's lifestyle are requested. The purpose of this study was to analyze the changing process of apartment housing remodeling-related clauses in the aspect of architectural planning and to clarify the task for counteracting the current paradigm.
