Increasing the abandoned industrial facilities in the city, but previous studies have ignored the characteristics of the Place, and just focused on the recycling of industrial facilities. From these situations, there are in need of analyzing the characteristics of the disused tunnel, therefore propose the winery that available to be program. For this purpose, planning elements that highly contribute to revitalization development are extracted from analyzing previous studies and examples. These planning would aim at urban restoration by proposing spatial experiences through Aristotle's theory based space sequence theory, and assigning placeness to abandoned industrial facilities.
