This study aims to examine the effects of the rehabilitation program using 3D plate(imoove FT-PB) on the improvement of golf player performance capability. Thus, 41 university golf players were classified into the test group (21 people) and the control group (20 people), and core enhancement movement was conducted using the 3D plate(imoove FT-PB). For twelve weeks, the test group was given three weekly sessions involving five-minute preparation exercise, 40-minute main exercise, and five-minute finishing exercise. The exercise strength was set as 45∼70%HRmax. Spine shapes were measured using FometricⅢ, thus classified into Trunk imbalance, Pelvic tilt, Pelvic torsion, Lodortic angle, Kyphotic angle, and Leteral deviation. For performance capability, drive distance (yard), GIR(%), and average number of hitting were measured. It was examined how each spine shape would influence the performance capability. Specific research findings are outlined as follows. 1)Trunk Imbalance, Pelvic tilt, Pelvic Torsion, Lateral Deviation, and Kyphotic Angle decreased in the test group after the application of the program compared compared with before it, offering a statistically significant difference. Also, in the control group, such spine shapes declined somewhat after the application of program compared with before it, but there was no statistically significant difference. 2) The drive distance (yard) increased in the test group, and the average hitting number decreased in the test group, offering a statistically significant difference. In the control group, there was no significant difference. 3) With regard to the spine shapes, when the Kyphotic angle increased, the yard decreased. When Lateral deviation, Kyphotic angle, and Lordotic angle angle increased, the GIR declined. However, the spine shapes did not influence the average hitting number.
