This research attempts to examine the difference in the satisfaction level of athletes depending on the gender of the instructor of life sports badminton clubs and to analyze the effects on athlete satisfaction on the transforming leadership and group cohesiveness. In this research, 315 samples were chosen by using the self-appraisal method after selecting the research object group as the athletes registered at the badminton clubs at H city, K city, J district, and S district. Among the collected data, a total of 296 data were used in the final analysis, excluding the 19 data that were partially omitted or answered in bad faith. The below results were deducted through the t-test, causal relationship analysis, and multiple regression analysis, by utilizing the statistics program, SPSSWIN Ver. 12.0, for the analysis.
