In the case of correct evaluation of the teacher's work we can improve their future performance, innerve and create their own job satisfaction. If we can establish a system of salary and remuneration, and coordinate it with the result of the evaluation work it may become important leverage to enhance their productivity and skills. Assessment of work performed by teacher by the method of 360 is the most suitable method.
