Hong, Sun-Ho. 2012. Problems and Perspectives on the Korean Elementary School Teacher Cultivating System. Journal of Linguistic Studies 17(2), 101-115. This paper attempts to find a better teacher training system. we discussed the overall educational systems of European countries and considered the issues that have arose in the Korean teacher training system. Based on the resources that we have considered in the European countries, we surveyed the undergraduates and graduates from Seoul National University of Education for investigating their satisfaction of the current teacher training and employment system. This survey will be helpful to the future study of the development of the Korean elementary school teacher training system. (Seoul National University of Education)
