본 논문은 교육 효과 측정의 다양한 방법 중 CIPP(Context, Input, Process, Product) 모 델을 적용하여 ‘꿈의 오케스트라’ 사업의 교육 효과를 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저 CIPP 모델의 원리를 이해하고, 이에 준하여 꿈의 오케스트라 사업의 구도를 맥락-투입-과정- 산출에 준하여 정보 수집과 분석의 틀을 제시하였다. 이에 따라 오케스트라 교육의 각 지역 별 여건 분석을 토대로, 프로그램 개발의 여건, 운영과 관리 과정, 결과 평가 등의 과정을 거치도록 하였다. 그리고 실질적인 교육효과 분석을 위해 ‘일반적인 음악교육의 기회’(음악 접근권)와 ‘개인적 차원에서의 효과’(자존감 형성), ‘사회적 차원에서의 효과’(음악을 통한 사 회 변화)의 영역으로 나뉘고, 또 단계별로 변화의 흐름과 함께 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 정성적 접근에 따른 기초적인 수준에서의 효과연구라 할 수 있으며, 추후 정량적 분석 등의 다양한 방법론을 통한 연구가 주어질 수 있겠다.

This study aims to examine effects on orchestra education given to participants for the 'Orchestra of Dream'. The study adopts the method of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) and developed structure of information analysis by application of context-input-process-product. Based on basic research on each regional condition, we can make close examination on each program(goal, method, instruction, curriculum), its implement and practice, and its final effect. And then, the study suggested 3 categories, 'general opportunity for music education'(music access right), 'individual effect'(self-esteem), 'social effect'(social transformation by music) and carried out its flow made by each categories. This study limits on elementary effect studies using qualitative methods. So we expect another studies by quantitative methods on orchestra education effect.
