The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Ski and Snow-board sports on plasma β -endorphin and norepinephrine. The subjects were 30 healthy university students(Ski group;N=10, Snowboard group;N=10 control group;N=10) Ski and snowboard group were trained 4 days and blood collected pre & post each exercise. Plasma β -endorphin and norepinephrine were analyzed pre and post exercise in the ski and snowboard exercise. Statistical evaluation of the data was accomplished using repeated one-way ANOVA and two-way ANOVA. In conclusion, This study results suggested that ski secreted much plasma β-endorphin more than snow-board exercise, and ski displayed higher secretion than snowboard and control group in plasma norepinephrine. We suggested that ski and snoe-board sports influenced on palsma hormone & catecholamine.
