단거리 사이클 선수의 시즌중 경기력을 위한 단기 복합훈련 프로그램의 효과
The effect of acute combined training program for athletic performance of short distance cyclist during competition seasons
This study was to observe the effect of acute combined with muscle function and cycling-related training program(3weeks) for athletic performance of distance cyclist(3males) during competition season. Muscle function training program was performed for 2days/week in muscle endurance, 1day/week in muscle strength and 1day/week in muscle power. Cycling-related training was performed for 2day/week in anaerobic endurance, 1day/week in peak speed and 1day/week in explosive sprint. As a result of experiencing combined training for 3weeks, mean power was significantly increased(p<.05) and had the higher effect size(large) as measured by 30 seconds Wingate test. Both mean power and peak power of 10 seconds Wingate test were significantly increased(p<.05) and have the higher effect size(large). Thus, acute combined training program of this study may be appropriate training program for short distance cyclist in competition season.
